Manual Therapy

It is a mechanotherapy method performed by using only hands to correct functional movement limitations in the joints and to eliminate reversible dysfunctions.

Manual Medicine

It is a discipline that deals with manual therapy methods scientifically, investigates and describes indication contraindications, application methods and effects in line with the current information. While applying the treatment methods, the manual therapist uses both the power mechanisms that the body creates and his/her hands. In other words, he/she does not use an external medication, device or electrical method. The reason for this is that the problem is already related to the pain caused by the pathological movements of our body.

What is the advantage of manual therapy over other treatments?

  • Even in a single session, most of the pain can be relieved.
  • The achievement drive is considerably high.
  • Provides a quick and effective solution as direct applications are made to the failing area.
  • Fully evidence-based medical and clinical information is used in the applications.
  • It does not require any medication, it is completely natural.
  • It has no side effect.
