He attended primary and secondary school in Aydogdu Village Primary School in Sumnu province and high school in Tolbuhin Veterinary Vocational High School in Bulgaria between 1987-1989. After having migrated to Turkey with his family in 1989, he graduated from Istanbul Selimiye Veterinary Health Vocational High School in 1991 and from Uludag University, Faculty of Medicine in 1997. He completed his specialty in Dokuz Eylul University, Department of Ophthalmology between 1997-1998 and in Uludag University, Department of Ophthalmology between 1998-2002. He worked as a specialist doctor in the Department of Ophthalmology at Uludag University between 2002-2007 and as an assistant professor between 2007-2010. From July 2005 to December 2005, he was a Visiting Retina Fellow at the Ophthalmology Institute of Saint Louis University, Missouri. He was appointed as associate professor in 2010 and professor in 2014. He left Uludag University in 2017. Kaderli, who speaks English and Bulgarian at advance level and Russian at medium level, is married and has 2 sons.
